This architectually designed complex is one of a few with open gardens across the front, allowing uninterrupted views of the river. * The complex is fully secured with locked gates for pedestrian egress and car parking. * Unit 1 is located on the ground floor, with gardens front and side.
- Access *There is a pedestrian ramp from the carpark and a small set of stairs. The complex is suitable for mobility aids.
- Parking & Access
- * Access via remote to undercover parking is from Robert Street. The carpark has high access of 2.7m.
- * Access to Gympie Terrace is from a locked gate at the front of the gardens.
- BBQ A full BBQ is outdoors by the pool. Undercover with seating for 8 people at a contemporary outdoor dining table.
- Cleanliness & mid-stay cleans
- * We take great pride in the cleanliness of the property. For stays of 10 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is provided.
